Student Fair Game
Challenge
To transform the traditional in-person Course Fair into a gamified digital platform to replicate the immersion and ensure conversion for the university entrance exam during the 2020 pandemic.
My Role
UX Research (Context Analysis, Research Insights), Ideation and Co-creation, Solution Definition (Event/Game format), User Flow Mapping, Wireframes, and Prototypes for usability testing.

Project Stages (Design Process)
The project began with a robust Discovery phase, including UX Research and context analysis to understand the new pandemic scenario and the target audience's habits. This research provided the crucial insight for the gamified solution. I then led the Ideation and Solution Development, defining the User Flows and Information Architecture (IA) of the event/game. I developed Low-Fidelity (Mobile-First) Prototypes, which were submitted to user usability testing. Finally, the final interface was refined and its implementation was tracked, ensuring the alignment of the Design with the technical development and the delivery of the platform, which exceeded expectations.

Result
The result was a success, registering over 5,000 accesses and more than 2,500 entrance exam registrations in just 5 days.
