Challenge
To optimize the usability of a dental plan's scheduling system for both patients and dentists, by correcting UX bottlenecks that limited the functionality's efficiency.
My Role
Complete UX Analysis (Flows, Personas, and User Stories), Redesign of the scheduling system's UI, and organization of visual components aiming for maintainability (Design System).
Design Context
The initial project in Figma lacked organization, which hindered its comprehension. Consequently, a crucial part of my work involved mapping components and flows. This effort not only facilitated the application of UI improvements but also reinforced my conviction in the importance of a Design System for the long-term scalability and consistency of the products.
