Rewards Club E-commerce

Challenge

This project consisted of developing a complete B2B2C e-commerce and loyalty platform. It functions as a whitelabel system for large promoters (or affiliates) and integrates the acquisition of regulated philanthropy capitalization bonds with a system for redeeming points for products and sweepstakes/drawings.

My Role

I acted across the entire platform's UI/UX design process, which included: Developing Personas and Use Cases, Mapping User Flows, Defining Information Hierarchy and Sitemapping, Creating Wireframes and High-Fidelity Prototypes, Conducting Usability Tests, Presenting solutions to Stakeholders, Managing all Documentation and Handoff to developers.

Highlight

Beyond focusing on the end-user experience, it was essential to enable full customization for our partners' visual identities.

I designed an easy-to-use whitelabel version so that developers could effortlessly adapt it according to each promoter's requirements. Everything, from the color system to the cards and banners, was designed to be highly customizable.
